EXP 2 - WEEK 3 - Final Submission of Five Real Time Images & A Set of Image of Monumnet with descriptions of materials

Description of materials in monument:

The light texture is used on the top and bottom surfaces of monument as the Rogers' concept is Structural expressionism, the light txeture make the surface more structural and united together.

The midium and dark textures are used in two side surfaces of monument, because of asymmetry, the textures on the two sides are different.

A set of Image of details:

This is a Image with some of the detail parts that are taken in different angles. I use Photoshop to match them together for understanding.

 Blue light on the extented platform.
The blue light on the extented plarform is for making the monument more active, because the location of the monument is on the cliff, when the nignt comes, the environment (the land and the sea) become really dark, so a blue light make entire mroe active. Also, the blue and the white colour make a contrast, which can present the sense of asymmetic.

White light on meeting space.

The lighting that lighten the metting area is considered, beacuse the meeting space in this monument can be seen as a central part and it need to be focuse on, thus the white bright light is set in the meeting area. And the white light makes the entire monument more united and structural.

I use the Photoshop to draw two paths that people can walk through. One is for walking to metting ares and the another one is for walking down to the extented platform.
